Calm Kids & Parents (ages 4-6) is an opportunity for children and parents/ guardians/caregivers to relax and enjoy each other, to have fun and feel empowered in their bodies and minds in a playful and approachable atmosphere.

Classes will explore partner poses, creative yoga games, music and literacy while building confidence and self-esteem.
