
Join Maria Hillier, Certified Yoga Therapist, for a six week Therapeutic Yoga series designed specifically for those living with chronic or persistent pain. This gentle and evidence-informed series will focus on techniques and tools to help you reconnect with your body in a mindful, compassionate way.
Through a blend of mindful movement, breathing practices, guided relaxation and pain science education, you’ll explore practices to support nervous system regulation, increase body awareness and build confidence around movement. Each week we will focus on therapeutic tools that can help you navigate your relationship with pain in everyday life.
This series is trauma-informed and accessible - no previous yoga experience is required and beginners are welcomed.
Who Is This Workshop For?
This workshop is ideal for anyone living with chronic and persistent pain, chronic tension, fibromyalgia, arthritis, migraines or other chronic pain challenges.
