Yoga Nidra, often called “yogic sleep,” is a deeply restorative form of meditation that gently guides your brainwaves into a theta state—the place of healing, integration, and profound rest. In these classes, you’ll be guided into a state of deep relaxation that allows the body to restore and the mind to settle, leaving you feeling calm, rejuvenated, and renewed.
For added comfort, you may wish to bring a blanket, an eye mask, and a small pillow or folded blanket for under your head.
