Join Maria Hillier, C-IAYT, for this therapeutic yoga series designed to support your nervous system, to restore inner calm and to help build resilience through kind and gentle practices. Grounded in a trauma-informed approach, each weekly session offers accessible therapeutic yoga tools and techniques that encourage compassion, self-awareness and nourishing movement and rest. Whether you are navigating stress, anxiety, burnout or simply seeking more steadiness in your life, this series offers a supportive space to slow down, breathe and reconnect. Through mindful movement, breathing practices and guided meditation/relaxation you’ll learn everyday tools to calm your body, quiet your mind and nurture your capacity to meet challenges with greater ease. This workshop is trauma-informed and accessible - no previous yoga experience is required and beginners are welcomed.
