In this workshop you'll explore gentle and restorative yoga, breathing practices, guided meditation and relaxation techniques, all to help foster and facilitate self-awareness, self-kindness and self-care in challenging times. This workshop is trauma-informed and accessible - no previous yoga experience is required and beginners are welcomed. Who Is This Workshop For? This introductory workshop is for anyone feeling overwhelmed, anxious, burnt out or in need of a pause including those navigating stress, dealing with chronic worry or looking for tools to support your physical, mental and emotional well-being.
