Grounded in a trauma-informed approach, each weekly session offers accessible practices that invite slowing down, softening and settling. Together, we’ll explore supported Restorative Yoga postures, intentional breathwork, and guided Yoga Nidra to help calm the body and quiet the mind.
Whether you are navigating stress, anxiety, burnout, sleep disruption, chronic pain or simply feeling overstimulated, this series offers a steady, supportive space to pause and replenish. Through soothing breath practices, restorative support and guided relaxation, you’ll learn simple, sustainable tools to regulate your nervous system and cultivate a deeper sense of ease in daily life.
This workshop is trauma-informed and accessible. No previous yoga experience is required - beginners are warmly welcomed.
