This initial level is for Reiki Training Level 1: Shoden . It is about connecting to your inner light, inner wisdom and inner knowing. It teaches us practices to cultivate self awareness.

21-day daily self-healing practice
4 Reiju, blessings/attunements
You will be provided with the knowledge and skills to practice self-healing along with practical guidance on integrating these daily practices into your life.
​​​It is suitable for anyone who is looking for tools to support your nervous system, energy healing, a pathway to spiritual expansion and clarity or to begin your own journey to becoming a Reiki practitioner (Level 2).
Komyo ReikiDo is a Japenese-style Reiki that is a keep-it-simple system. The practice motto is: Place your hands, Surrender and Smile. In Japanese "do" means 'a way or a path.'
Class Times:
Friday, 5:30 pm - 8:00 pm
Saturday 9:00am - 4:30pm
Students are required to bring their own meals and beverages
About Amy
Amy Rezek (she/her) is a Holistic Practitioner offering Meditation, Breathwork, Sound Baths, Kundalini Yoga, Reiki and Spinal Energetics. She is a certified Meditation Teacher (100, 200 and 300-hour), Kundalini Yoga Teacher (200 and 300-hour) and Reiki Master Teacher in the Usui and Komyo ReikiDo lineages, with additional training in Spinal Energetics (Level 1) and the AromaTouch Technique.
As a certified Naturotherapist (n.d.) Amy supports people in slowing down and reconnecting with their body and breath. Her work is grounded in meeting people where they are rather than trying to fix or push change. Amy creates spaces where you can arrive exactly as you are. The intention in her work is to help you build trust within yourself so you can move through life with a little more ease.
