
Gentle movement, Yoga Nidra, & Journalling by Candlelight
Winter Solstice is a time to pause and reflect on the stillness of the season. It marks the darkest day in the year and the rebirth of the light/sun. This special class will use gentle movement and breath to release tensions and let go of what is no longer needed, followed by Yoga Nidra meditation to plant seeds and create space for new beginnings, and end with journalling for integration. We will honor our dark and our light in this candlelit class.
Dress in layers and comfortable clothes you can easily move in. Bring a journal and pen. For added comfort, you may wish to bring a blanket, an eye mask, and a small pillow or folded blanket for under your head.
