Slow Flow and Yin

Slow Flow and Yin combines mindful, gentle movement with calming stillness, starting with a muscle warming flow before finishing in longer-held deep connective tissue stretches. This class is designed for anyone seeking balance, relaxation and deep restoration. Beginners are welcome. Props will be used throughout the class to support your in the poses and shapes.
