Rest and Replenish - An Introduction to Therapeutic Yoga for Chronic Illness and Fatigue - $45 plus HST

Join Maria Hillier, Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT), for a gentle introductory therapeutic yoga workshop designed for individuals living with chronic illness, fatigue or energy-limiting conditions. Whether you're navigating long-term health challenges, post-viral fatigue, autoimmune conditions or burnout, this session offers a compassionate space to support your body, mind and nervous system. You'll be guided through restorative and gentle movement, breath awareness, guided rest and practical tools to help manage energy and reduce stress. You'll be encouraged to listen kindly to your body and participate in ways that honour your unique needs, whether that means moving or simply resting. This workshop is trauma-informed and accessible - no previous yoga experience is required and beginners are welcomed.

Who Is This Workshop For?

This introductory session is ideal for individuals living with chronic illness, fatigue or energy-limiting conditions, including chronic fatigue syndrome, post-viral fatigue, autoimmune conditions, long COVID or burnout.
