Pilates: Beyond the Basics Series

Ready to build on your Pilates foundations? Beyond the Basics is a four-week series designed to help you deepen your strength, stability, and confidence in movement. Through thoughtful progressions and supportive guidance, you’ll continue developing your Pilates practice in a way that feels approachable and sustainable for your body.

• Build on foundational Pilates exercises by adding layers that challenge strength, balance, and control
• Learn how to connect movements through smooth transitions and flowing sequences 
• Develop greater core stability, coordination, and overall body awareness 
• Explore options and variations so you can move at a pace that feels right for your body while still experiencing the benefits of the work 

Each class will focus on the core principles of Pilates - breath, alignment, and mindful movement - while gradually building challenge in a supportive environment. By the end of the series, you can expect to feel stronger, more coordinated, and more confident moving through Pilates sequences.
