Kundalini Yoga

Kundalini Yoga, often called the yoga of awareness, is a holistic practice that blends movement, breathwork, meditation, and mantra to support both physical and energetic alignment. Through intentional, repetitive movements paired with conscious breathing, the practice helps cultivate awareness, vitality, and balance.

This class is intro-friendly and open to all levels, especially those who are curious about Kundalini Yoga or new to the practice. Each class features a different kriya—a structured sequence designed to support a specific area of the body, energy system, or inner focus. No two classes are exactly the same, offering a fresh and purposeful experience each time.

With an emphasis on synchronized breath and movement, Kundalini Yoga helps release stagnant energy, balance the chakras, and awaken a deeper sense of clarity and inner wisdom. Classes are thoughtfully guided, accessible, and empowering—meeting you exactly where you are while inviting greater connection within.
