Hatha Yoga is a foundational style that emphasizes physical postures (asanas) and breathing techniques (pranayama). Slower paced than styles like Vinyasa, this practice involves holding poses for approximately 30 seconds to build strength, flexibility, and endurance while cultivating a deeper mind-body connection.
