Guided Relaxation & Energy Session

This experiential session offers a gentle guided relaxation journey combined with subtle energy work. It’s designed to help you feel grounded, supported, and refreshed, giving you a moment to reconnect with yourself.

Dress in layers and comfortable clothes you can move easily in. For added comfort, you may wish to bring a blanket, an eye mask and a small pillow or folded blanket for under your head.
