With Allanna Ward, Art Therapist
Therapists spend so much time holding space for others, but we don’t always have space to pause and notice what we’re carrying ourselves.
This experiential workshop offers a gentle introduction to art therapy through your own process. You’ll be guided through a reflective art-making experience using simple materials, followed by optional reflection and discussion.
No art experience is needed. There is no pressure to share, and no expectation to create anything “good.” The focus is on curiosity, process, and noticing what emerges.
This is an opportunity to turn toward your own internal experience, and to explore what might be present beneath the surface of your clinical work.
You might find this meaningful if:
• you’ve been feeling the emotional weight of your work
• you’re noticing things coming up in sessions that stay with you
• you’re curious about new ways of reflecting on your therapeutic process
All materials will be provided.
Duration: 90 minutes
