Welcome!
The Calm Space is home to thoughtfully designed movement, mindfulness, and healing experiences. We offer a blend of accessible drop-in options and intentionally structured series, themed workshops, and practitioner-led experiences that support depth, continuity, and meaningful change.

Our sessions are facilitated by highly trained, trauma-informed instructors with specialized education and clinical or therapeutic backgrounds in their respective fields. Each offering is grounded in nervous system regulation, accessibility, and care. Experiences are intentionally small-group and pre-registered, supporting community connection, personalization, and a nurturing pace of practice that allows participants to feel safe, seen, and supported.

Whether you are seeking restoration, emotional support, or a more embodied relationship with yourself, The Calm Space offers room to slow down, connect meaningfully with others, and engage with care.

Our Offerings

Our classes and experiences are designed to meet you where you are—supporting both newcomers and those nurturing an existing practice. Offerings may rotate seasonally and are often delivered as limited series or monthly events, allowing space for continuity, learning, and integration.

Movement & Embodiment

  • Grounding Yoga – build strength, balance, and inner calm

  • Gentle Flow & Restorative Yoga – supportive practices for rest, recovery, and stress relief

  • Pilates – core strength, posture, and functional alignment

  • Kundalini Yoga – breath, movement, and meditation for energy and awareness

Mental Health–Informed Practices

  • Yoga for Mental Health – nervous-system-focused practices supporting emotional wellbeing

  • Meditation & Breathwork – accessible tools to calm the mind and reconnect with the body

  • Yoga Nidra – deeply restorative guided rest (select offerings may be hybrid in-studio/virtual)

Healing & Special Events

  • Sound Baths – immersive experiences using vibration and sound for deep relaxation

  • Reiki Healing & Reiki Sound Journeys – energy-based sessions supporting balance and clarity

  • Themed Workshops & Series – multi-week or one-time experiences exploring topics such as stress regulation, self-compassion, connection, and seasonal transitions
